Who we are

This site is operated by Acorn Advisory Group Corp., a Missouri corporation with offices at 1713 Winter Hill Dr, O'Fallon, MO 63366. For any question about this policy or about information we may hold, email operations@acorngroupcorp.com.

What we collect

This website is deliberately simple. It has no user accounts, no web forms, no marketing cookies, and no analytics trackers. We do not build visitor profiles or run advertising pixels.

In practice, that means the information we receive falls into two categories:

• What you choose to email us. If you write to us, we receive your name, the contact details you provide, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records ordinary technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — which is used to keep the site secure and operating correctly.

Third-party services

Two third parties are involved in delivering this site and our correspondence:

• Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process a visitor's IP address in order to deliver the font files.
• Our email provider. Messages sent to us are handled and stored by the provider that hosts our business email.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How we use information

We use what we receive only to respond to inquiries, to evaluate and scope prospective engagements, and to maintain ordinary business records such as proposals and correspondence.

We keep information only as long as it is needed for those purposes, or for as long as applicable law requires us to retain it — then we dispose of it.

Your choices

Email operations@acorngroupcorp.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly. Because we do not operate accounts or tracking on this site, there is usually very little to report.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and other organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy
